TOC format that won't go away

You'll have to delete the appropriate entry in the set up of the toc.

Right-click on the toc file in the book and choose Set Up Table of Contents...

Move the offending entry from the include side to the exclude side in the dialog box that comes up.

Deleting the entry on the Reference page only deletes the formatting that has been established there for the resulting entries that have that para tag.

I am using Frame 11.0.2.384 on Windows 7. An unwanted item has invaded my TOC. It appears on the reference page as ContentsTitleTOC. I have a ContentsTitle item. I do not know how ContentsTitleTOC came to appear
 as the first line under the Title block in the Table of Contents for the book. I don’t know what else to do to get rid of it. I have deleted it from the Reference Page (don’t know how it got there…it comes back). I delete it from the Table of Contents page
 (it comes back). I suspect that there is a precise order of kill shots that are necessary to rid me of this troublesome nit…but I cannot figure out what that should be. Can someone put me out of my misery? Please? Thanks in advance.
