FM9 Crashes when Creating PDFs with files that Contain PDFs

Hi Alison,

If you’re really sure that the FM files have not been changed, nor have the (PDF) images referenced, then it must be something in your system.

Did you (or someone else) change a local printer or a network printer? Or did you remove, or update VISIO installation or MSoffice? Or change other software?
It’s possible that the pdf files you created from visio use a font that is no longer available on your system. You won’t notice until it’s gone ...

Another thing is remove all your temp files, and font cache files (search your PC). Your distiller folder has a cache, plus saved error messages. may be these can give a clue?
