Ich have checked: Learned words in FM-12 still go to 
%appdata%\LocalLow\Adobe\Linguistics\UserDictionaries\FMUserDictionary\all\added.txt

I do not know what's the role of the files in %appdata%\Roaming\... because there are 
also user dictionaries etc.

BTW: There is no clear explanation, why the learned words are not separated into the 
language specific folders and end up in \all\ - with both FM-11 and FM-12 on the 
system we have multiple linguistic folders and simply a mess in this area.
