My work-flow for dealing with backups from FrameMaker

I do not use the backup feature in FM.
Howerver, I have set "Automatic save every 5 minutes". And If I'm experimenting, i 
first save the document and then do the experiment.
In addition I have a backup system running every day to be able to retrieve older 
versions in case of an accident.
For the first half year or so using a new version of FM i have set the time to 3 min
