The lack of a checkmark in the Captivate / Windows 8 cell on that page
*should* mean that the *current* version, Captivate 8, is not
supported, but in fact Windows 8 has been supported since Captivate 7,
so obviously Adobe is not doing a great job of keeping that table up
to date.

The requirements for Captivate 6, which was included in TCS4, are
Windows XP SP3 or 7 SP1. Running Captivate in compatibility mode seems
likely to cause problems since the application is so tightly
integrated with the Windows UI.

To find requirements for discontinued Adobe products, use a Google
search such as:

adobe "captivate 6" "system requirements"
