How do I get to frameusers forum????

I don't want to see all the emails from subscribers. It clutters my inbox and causes me to overlook important messages for my job. I was careful NOT to choose this action when I subscribed. And HOW do I get to the actual forum??? No link was provided to the forum where I can interact with other users.
