Just go to http://groups.yahoo.com/ and log in. You will see a list of all the groups you are a member of using that email address. 

Since frameusers is not a Yahoo group, you shouldgo to http://lists.frameusers.com/mailman/listinfo/framers, log in and change your mail delivery.
