How do I get to frameusers forum????

Thank you to everyone who helped me out this morning. Obviously I am new to this forum, and coming across these navigation issues were frustrating to solve. I just can't thank you all enough-already I'm getting value from the forum!!

I don't want to see all the emails from subscribers. It clutters my inbox and causes me to overlook important messages for my job. I was careful NOT to choose this action when I subscribed. And HOW do I get to the actual forum??? No link was provided to the forum where I can interact with other users.
