Adobe announces FrameMaker (2015 Release)

The import feature looks good, at least as much as I can tell from a two-minute video.

No mention of any changes to export though. Word round-tripping would be wonderful, but I'm not holding my breath.

About time. Quark had that feature down maybe 20 years ago. It'll be interesting to see if you can round-trip it reliably.
