Dialog boxes being cut off

Hi there,

Apologies if this question has already been addressed, but this issue just started happening for me with FrameMaker 12.

Some of the dialog boxes are cut off so I can't see the text or select any option to click OK or Cancel. I saw a suggested fix on the Internet to right-click the title bar and choose Move in order to shift the text. But I never got the active hand button in the middle, so I couldn't do that. Someone else thought it was a screen resolution problem, but that doesn't seem to change anything.

Any suggestions?
