How to clean up unwanted conditionals in book

They're stored in the book file, not the individual files. There are two
ways to get rid of them as long as you've already removed them from the
chapter files.


   1. Create a new book file and add the chapter files to it.
   - You'll also have to create a new TOC and reset up any File Properties
      for the book.
      - You may or may not need to fix xrefs; it's been a while since I've
      used this method so I don't remember.
   2. Save the book file as MIF.
   1. Open the MIF file in a text editor and remove the unwanted conditions
      from the condition catalog.
      2. Save as a text file
      3. Reopen the MIF in FM, and save as a regular Frame book file.

I generally use the second method as I find it much less painful.
