How to clean up unwanted conditionals in book

Sometimes there are phantom tags in the book file. You can export to
MIF and get rid of those manually.

RickQuattro has a script that can delete conditional text tags across
a book. Finalyser can also do it. I believe they'll also clean out the
cruft from the book file.
