Accidental Change All (am I alone?)

Also, the default radio button on the Find/Change dialog box should be
Document, not Book. If you Change All in a document, you have a chance to
revert to saved, but Change All in a book will open, save, and close
documents that are not already open. Let the user explicitly choose the Book
radio button instead of it being the default.

This has happened to me at least 3 times. It's incredibly frustrating and a
big time waster. 

To Adobe Developers: This is at the TOP of my wish list for Adobe to fix.
There should be a warning before a Change All operation or a button to hide
the change part of the dialog box. The warning dialog box should NOT have an
OK button that you can click accidentally by pressing Enter. It should be
required that you actually click it (or press Tab to make the OK button
active before you press Enter).   

I back up my work files at the end of each day so I can go back to the
previous day, which helps somewhat. 

I don't think I actually pressed ALT+a. I think it is some sort of bug that
when you copy/paste into the Find box and press Enter to quickly it thinks
you pressed Change All.
