Frame 11 license becomes trial license

Thanks to all who replied.  For some reason, Frame lost my serial number. 
I found it (the number had changed from the one I had saved), and entered 
it, and everything works again.  I still don't know what caused the 
problem.  But some mysteries weren't meant to be solved.
