[Framers] FrameMaker 12: "Save as" grayed out

Yves, in my environment (W7, x64) FM-12.0.4.445 behaves as expected.
Have tested with Read-only files also.
A locked file however shows only a limited menu set and no save at all.

Is it a document form a nework and connection is down now?
Does it happen with other files also?
Try deleting %appdata%\Adobe\FrameMaker\12 before restarting FM. Save maker.ini first 
in case you have special settings in maker.ini and redo these one by one later.

No other ideas here.
