[Framers] Strange error when updating Frame document

Dear Framers,

We have released another update 3.1 (13.0.3.495) taking care of issue created by update 3. It is available via Help > Updates... menu.
It shall be available shortly on FrameMaker downloads page https://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/product.jsp?product=22&platform=Windows
