[Framers] Import AutoCad dwg files

Visio's never worked for us so we made PDFs and imported those. Sounds like that could be the same fate for DWG's.

There have been many versions of the .dwg format: that might be the root of the problem. I've not had anything to do with .dwg, but we used to hit this sort of issue a lot with native Visio files for a similar reason.
