Long ago, Adobe "cross wired" my work and personal accounts, too.  I missed numerous webinars because I couldn't register.  Max Hoffman got it sorted out such that I was able to register a time or two.

Adobe's UX in general has gotten remarkably awful. My work Creative Cloud account somehow got associated with my personal Adobe ID and I got in a loop like that.
