[Framers] HTML5 issue

Hello,

I have a Framemaker 15 book that I want to publish as a Responsive HTML5. When I publish the book, each FrameMaker document displays within a folder. So, if I have a file called introduction.htm, I have to open the Introduction folder and select the Introduction file. Most of these folders only have one file within them. Is there a way to remove the folder so as soon as people click introduction, the correct html file displays?
