[Framers] HTML5 issue

I've suggested to Chris over on the thread on the Adobe FM Forum that they try using a TOC for the Publish engine to use.

If it's the same as the usual RoboHelp architecture, the file you want
to open is <FrameMaker book name>.htm in the parent directory. That
will give you the full help system.

The /<document name>/<document name>.htm files should not be opened directly.
