[Framers] hypertext links inside a PDF

> Is there something about using the "save as PDF" command in FM2015 to generate AcrobatPro11 PDFs that I am failing to understand? I can indeed generate PDFs in which the internal hypertext links click fine -as long as the user is looking at them by use of the Microsoft Internet Explorer browser-, but the hot links in these PDFs are *not clickable* when the user is looking at them by way of some other browser such as the new Microsoft EDGE! Example:
