[Framers] Unusual C-Acute Accent

Hi Tino,

Hm, that's interesting. On the Mac side, it does 
contain all the glyphs. And in the FM Character 
Palette, it looks like they are there as well 
(definitely NOT there for the basic Helvetica, in 
contrast).

I'll look into another (Pro) version for the PC 
side. Would be a help with Greek characters, 
too--I already had to add a special font for 
those.
