[Framers] Taking and inserting screen captures in FrameMaker 2015

I simply use SnagIt (think I am on version 12 point something) directly ... not as a plug-in. I didn't know you could do that with it and FrameMaker in the first place.

SnagIt itself works very, very well for my screen captures.
