[Framers] Maker.ini file in FM 15

   FrameMaker 2015 is actually FM13...

   go figure... :)

     a folder like:
     C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\FrameMaker
     I see folder for 12 and 13 in my directory, but not 15.
