[Framers] OT: Adobe Tool Question

Illustrator is for vector graphics, Photoshop is for bitmaps. EPS is a
vector format, so you should use Illustrator to edit it. You can sort
of edit EPS in Photoshop, but not really.

If you really need to edit EPS, I would not mess around with anything
but Illustrator. Is that really a hard requirement and if so why?
