[Framers] Default for imported graphics

Does anyone if there's a way to change the dpi options in the Import Graphic Scaling dialog? I rarely use the ones that are there and would like change them to ones I actually use.

Is there a way to add a 1-pt black border to a graphic as part of the import (i.e, set a default property that is applied upon import)?

No FrameScript, please, my company won't pay for it.
