[Framers] I need structured app help

That is a good idea. The client is using a custom dtd, but I can transform
them after I open them. Thanks for the suggestion.

Hi Rick...

I'd suggest converting them to DITA, then you can use the default app to
open them. Is there a reason to create your own app?
