[Framers] Frame 2017 users - oddity in overline chara style and HTML5 output questions

Ah-ha..... better search found it.  "index.html" was hidden other places in the output code.  Replaced those with new file name and it's working.

Huh. If you look at the code in one of the other files, what sort of references to index.html do you find?
