[Framers] TOC Issues in FM 11

For the space between heading and TOC start, check the master page design. The heading and TOC are most likely in separate frames, and their relative positions may need to be adjusted.

For the rule beneath the heading, check the paragraphs style definition to make sure it has a "graphic frame below paragraph" defined. And check the reference pages to make sure that the correspondingly named graphic frame actually exists.

Subject: [Framers] TOC Issues in FM 11

Hi, Framers.

When I add a TOC page to a book and try to add a Heading1 paragraph style at the top, there is almost 2 inches of space between the Heading1 paragraph and the first Heading1TOC entry. The Heading1 is also missing the underline that other Heading1 styles have.

How can I fix the spacing problem?

Thanks,
