[Framers] FrameMaker tab bug workaround

Very cool insight, Shmuel! This sounds like it took persistence and
practice to get it right.

It reminds me about how it's important to be fast enough when it matters.
When I was little, I believed that people in magazine photographs relaxed
their expressions when the pages were closed, and quickly posed again when
the pages were opened. I was never fast enough to catch them at it, though.
