[Framers] Component Maintenance Publications - S1000D

Hi All,
My company (Aerospace) has been tasked with providing CMPs (Component Maintenance Publications) to the S1000D specification. Currently we are providing CMMs to ATA100 and iSpec2200.
I am looking for a low-cost software package and training that can meet the S1000D requirements. I have found one that is in the $100,000+ range that is out of reach for a small company like mine.
