[Framers] Missing symbol from FrameMaker's equation editor

Hi Martha,

You could insert a dummy string in the equation editor, save the document as MIF,
locate the dummy string in a text editor (search for MathFullForm) and replace it with "ϵ".

Alternatively, you could enter the char directly in the equation editor, but you may
need to activate "EnableHexNumpad" in the registry. For this you can save the following
text in a text file, name it "EnableHexNumpad.reg" and import it into the registry:

;-- After importing this .reg, reboot the system

;-- How to enter Unicode characters:
;-- Alt + 266A
;--    1. Press and hold down the Alt key.
;--    2. Press the + (plus) key on the numeric keypad.

;--    4. Release the Alt key.


[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Input Method]
"EnableHexNumpad"="1"

Depending on the fonts used, U+03F5 will work, see the sample attached.
