[Framers] Framemaker 2017 save backwards

Hi -

We have a new employee and her FrameMaker license is for 2017. The rest of us are on FM 12 but will be upgrading, although I don't know when.

I looked at the 2017 user guide and it says you can save as 2015. It doesn't mention 2012. I just want to verify this with the group before I write up instructions for our new user.
