[Framers] Display full path in FrameMaker book or list of references

I had a faint memory that it's possible to name a single Windows drive with
multiple drive specifiers. In the thread mentioned earlier,

I found that Lynne Price mentioned the subst command-line command about a
year ago, and suggested a strategy that might work. I didn't see any
further postings, so it's unclear if they are viable.
