[Framers] Watermark over graphics?

   As far as I know, there's no way to make a master-page (i.e.,
   implicitly background) image overlay body page (framed) graphics or
   text I the flow. If there is, I'm waiting to find out along with you!
   :-)

   Perhaps PDF TimeSavers can do the post-distillation application of a
   watermark automatically (i.e., as if applied using Acrobat, but without
   manual intervention)?

   Framers,
   I would like to place a watermark on Master Pages, but that only works
   when the Body Page shows text and tables.
   I don't want to use Acrobat for watermarks because some of our manuals
   are 2,000 pages and we would have to re-insert the watermark every time
   we distill a manual.
   Is there a workaround solution for Frame Master Pages that will always
   work, even on top of graphics?
