[Framers] Search for text + tag?

Another way to do this would be to
1. Save as MIF.
2. Locate the first instance in a text editor (I prefer Notepad++)
3. Copy that string.
4. Search and Replace the string.
5. Save the MIF.
6. Reopen in FM.
