[Framers] Numbering in an outline with numbers and small letters

<a+1> should be <a+>. The 1 doesn't have any effect on the counter.

You need to add one more level to the F:< >< ><a+1>.\sn\t.

It should be

F:< >< >*< >*<a+1>.\sn\t
