[Framers] Keyword list as the Index source

No need to convert the table to text. Just make sure that each glossary term
is tagged with a unique paragraph format. Yes, it is like any other
generated list; you can have it put the page numbers in it.

Right now it's a table, but I can easy convert table to text.

Are each keyword in a separate FrameMaker paragraph? If so, you can do an
alphabetical paragraph list.
