No, what I said is, that we have changed the index marker pod in FM 2017. It is NOT the same as the one in FM 2015.

The font size is the same now as in all other dialogs where you have editable text. It's not the same small size as in FM 2015 anymore.

Wait, don't misunderstand what Stefan is saying. The font size of the marker window is the same in 2017 as it is in earlier versions. So you will be very disappointed (and upset) if you upgrade to 2017 and expect a larger font in the marker window.

Thanks for this update.  Unfortunately, I have no idea whether (and if so,

when) I will get FrameMaker 2017 Release.  I guess that the change you reported is something I'll just have to look forward to.

In the last days there was some discussion about them index marker text window.

David Stamm had file this in as an enhancement request:

The marker window has changed in FM 2017 and is no in the same look and feel like other pods. Also the font size is the same as in the text field of all other dialogs:

In FrameMaker 2015 there was a different marker pod based on a different technology.

@all: Please give me feedback, on what is different in the index marker window for you that does make it more difficult to work with text in index markers compared with other markers or text in other dialogs / pods.
