[Framers] View Text Symbols acting weird

Hi,

As far as I remember FrameMaker has its own font for such text: Frame5 font
This font is in the FrameMaker installation folder in the fminit folder.
Check, if this font is available.
Is FrameMaker installed with administrator privileges?
Do you run it with administrator privileges?

The organization that I work with is in the process of upgrading all of
their corporate workstations to Windows 10. They are currently using
FrameMaker 11. They are trying to purchase FrameMaker Release 2017 but that
takes a fair amount of time.



We have installed FrameMaker 11 on two Windows 10 corporate workstations.
When "View Text Symbols" is on, the tab symbol appears to be displayed as a
"1" and the marker symbol appears to be displayed as a "6". The paragraph
symbol appears to display normally. This occurs on both workstations. It
appears that they symbols don't take any space as expected.



I have installed FrameMaker 11 on my personal Windows 10 workstation without
this occurring.



Does anyone have any idea what may be causing this?
