[Framers] [WTF ramemaker] Acrobat Review from FM bug/problem

Doesn't seem to make a difference. Both with this and your earlier
suggestion, we get a different error message saying the file security
settings prohibit sending it as a Shared Review file. The Security tab
shows it's wide open though.
