[Framers] PDFs look like crap in Acrobat

What looks like crap? Fonts? If that's the case, could be you didn't
embed the fonts and they're installed not on your new PC.

If you're talking about images, maybe look at the Page Display
settings. Some of those look like they could cause problems.
