[Framers] Sandybrook Enhance

One of the reasons I am still using Frame 8 for text production is 
Sandybrook's highly useful Enhance outline tool - not compatible with 
Frame 9 and later. Are listers aware of any alternatives for later 
versions of Frame? (I am using unstructured Frame only, and my main 
kludge alternative is the old Frame 8 'numeric outline' template, but it 
isn't quite the same thing.)
