[Framers] switching from Frame 10 to 2017 with unexpected results

I have switched to this FrameMaker 2017 and finally ran a compile saving a uder.ditamap as .fm and got added numbering.
Almost everything has a number before it. I am guessing that there is a different EDD maybe but I will ask someone who knows more about this stuff than I do.
