[Framers] Frame2017 slow on network??

If it is slow on the network I don't know if it's fair to blame FrameMaker
specifically. It *might* be, but my best guess is the network may be the
issue. I've worked with files on a slow and a fast network (or at slow and
fast times at client sites) and it can make a HUGE impact on the content. I
find that if the traffic is high and the network isn't supporting it (or if
it's on a CCMS that is remotely hosted) the result is "slow FM" but the
cause is outside of Adobe's sphere of control.

I had the same problem. Seems like the old FrameMaker I once knew and loved
is no longer in existence.
