[Framers] Save As PDF doesn't work first time

What is the Acrobat logical printer? Our documents often have video tutorials in them. The only way that I've been able to make them work is to us the Save as PDF command.

Historically, SaveAs PDF has been problematic.
Printing to the Acrobat logical printer has been more stable and
predictable.
