[Framers] Print settings for colors is inconsistent

We ran into that a lot with beginning with FM8. As you say, it seems to be related to colors brought in by graphics.

Color8 or Color9? Yeah, even though I rarely (if ever) mess with the color
definitions, I almost always have at least one file where Color8 or Color9
becomes "inconsistent".I have even handedited MIF files to remove the color
completely, and it shows back up. It seems to have to do with imported
graphics. As near as I can tell, FM creates new color definitions if you
import a graphic that has colors that aren't already defined in the
document. So if the same graphic isn't in all of the files in a document,
you wind up with inconsistent colors.
