[Framers] question re getting an old Frame version without a license key

Adobe used to have a procedure for transferring product licenses to new
owners. Search adobe.com. However, keep in mind that if an old license was
used as the basis for a reduced-price upgrade to a newer release, it likely
won't qualify for a legal transfer.
