[Framers] Issues with Frame 2017??

We've been running FM2017 since the release last year, and have only had
minor crash issues. Such as after publishing the same book 4 or 5 times it
bombs out when editing the publishing settings. I think the default printer
a book is using may be a windows issue rather than FM, as I don't think it
stores that information.
