[Framers] SVG graphic with photograph not importing

I don't work with them, but isn't there some sort of "flattening" thing you need to do with SVG images that have different layers in them?

True. I'm just trying to keep to the standards we're setting, which call
for using SVG files for all graphics.

The REALLY odd thing is that other SVG files made the same way work
perfectly. It's just these 3. Maybe I should try importing the photograph
instead of doing a copy and paste of it....
